After some iPhone 4S battery life problem come up for several weeks ago, today Apple has released an update for its IOS 5 to solve it. This IOS 5.0.1 update is now already available via iTunes for users to download.
Apple claims that In addition to solve the battery problem, this update also is made to fix the bugs on the documents in the clouds and some the improvements on voice recognition, as some iPhone user in Australia reported that the Siri cannot identified their voice order. However some user reported on Apple discussion forum, complaining the result of updating is even worse than before. On Apple press released on AllthingsD, Apple said that the IOS 5.0.1 update is not intended to cover all the battery problems but only some covered but they still investigate the remaining battery problem unsolved.
