Wacom has introduced a device that can digitize anything you write in any paper or notepad with the Wacom Inkling Sketchpad Device.

The Wacom Inkling allows users to digitize sketches and notes written directly on paper or notepad. It is composed of a digital pen and a receiver that is clipped into any paper or notepad. The digital pen can be used to write or sketch and has a sensor that is sensitive to hand movements as its sketches or writes. The receiver then stores the data in digitized form which can easily be transferred to a PC via a USB port. Files can be stored either in JPG, BMP, TIFF, PNG, SVG, and PDF formats. The Wacom Inkling Sketchpad Device is currently available in the Japanese market for 7,980 Japanese Yen. That is around US$105.
