Apple has done a unique implementation again with Siri, a voice command to a piano through MIDI signals receiver which is equipped into a series of digital piano, Yamaha Disklavier, enabled it to play songs as the user desires.

Apple company with its new feature, Siri, a voice command on iPhone 4S, has collaborated together with Yamaha, a leading musical instrument manufacturer, to implement Siri to a digital piano so it can play songs   in accordance with the playlist  just by saying "Play", the title song in will appear on the screen and the iPhone 4S will begin to play the piano. This remind me of creepy ghost story.

The secret of this technology is in the receive unit of the Apple Airport Express which is placed at the bottom of the piano as it will receive the file and sends instructions to the piano via WiFi. The songs in the playlist is also a special playlist that also stores digital MIDI versions of it-which sends MIDI signals to the piano. So, the songs will be played exactly the same as the existing version in the playlist. 

Unfortunately iPhone user can not give more order to piano to perform improvisation. With Siri user instruct the piano to play a song, repeat it back, or stop the game. Everything can be done simply by giving orders like a boss to boss. Amazing !

YAMAHA PIANO WITH SIRI RECEIVER IMPLEMENTED

Sometimes when you need to install applications, games, photos, videos on iPhone or iPad, cannot be process because a notification on the screen shows there is no more space available. Usually The IOS device can take data space from 8 Gb up to 64 Gb. The thing that has taken most space on your iPhone or iPad is backup files.

Although iTunes often make backups on a regular schedule, but  on the new IOS device, features like restore as new, updates and new content can cause a number of backups and continue to accumulate and take more space in for months or even years. 

May be the only way is to add disk space is by deleting the existing backup files. But to do that you need to be careful. Of course you do not want your iPhone or iPad getting some errors by deleting wrong files.

There is some tutorial  to delete some backup files on IOS devices. Some are as follows 

1. Open iTunes on Mac / Windows PC 
2. Navigate to the menu, click on Preferences 
3. Click on the Device Tab 
4. You will see a list of IOS devices on iTunes. It also displayed together with a list of data backup. Click on one that you want to delete. 
5. Click the Delete Backup 
6. A notification appears and asks if you sure to delete the data? 
7. Repeat the same steps for other backups that you want to delete. 

Remember not to delete all backups, or do not delete the most recent backup. If you delete the most recent backup then most likely you can no longer restore into iPhone,  iPad. Deleting many files one by one can be very boring but the steps above is the simplest way to delete the backup files. But if you prefer to store the backups on the drive or disk, it would be very dangerous if you delete them unless you enable file system. - 

Where is the iTunes store backups IOS? 

• Mac: ~ / Library / Application Support / Mobile Sync / Backups 
• Windows: ~ \ Application Data \ Apple Computer \ MobileSync \ Backup Note: a ~ refers to the user directory. Example: HD / Users / Rene Ritchie / Library Inside that directory you can see random folders. 

Folders are also coupled with the info to see the backup size. This will help you see the folder that the most took space. Deleting files is always accompanied by risk, so think carefully before doing so. If you hesitate or think maybe the file was useful at a later time, simply copy the files and save it on an external hard drive or burn on a DVD. If you want to delete, you can sort by date. 

Note: do not try to stop backing up, because you probably need them .However the backup is very important. If you upgrade or update device firmware, backup will return exactly the same content as the last time you sync with iTunes. Backup will provide photos, messages, music and other personal data that you can not find or download elsewhere. That is why the backup process to be a mandatory thing to do. So, make sure you perform regular backups.
