Samsung is developing Android 4 aka Ice Cream Sandwich OS for Samsung Galaxy SII and Galaxy Note as the upgrade from Android 2.3 to satisfied the customer. The final release of Android 4 update for Galaxy SII and Galaxy Note will be present at the end of this quarter of 2012  which means on march this year.

The Ice Cream Sandwich OS  for Galaxy  SII and Galaxy Note will offer new features such as face unlock, a new Task Manager, Notification Manager a better and improved browser performance, both in terms of functionality and performance.

As we know that  previously has been presented the "unofficial" Ice Cream Sandwich OS ROM for Galaxy S II. But many user feel that it is not perfect yet and has lots of bugs. However, Samsung release the newer version then, unfortunately it is not for public consumption, which is considered adequate (I9100XXLP6 version).

In this newer "unofficial" version of  ICS ROM for Galaxy SII, the previous version's bugs are already fixed then the performance is tuned and provides the Face Unlock feature, which is known the Android ICS flagship.

So if you want to try it, you can download it Here. But remember it is still a good idea to wait for the official version of Android  Ice Cream Sandwich   for Galaxy S II and Galaxy Note released on March this year.
